10 Tips To Help You Loss Weight in 30 Days

Weight loss tips
Weight loss tips.

Here are some weight loss tips that can be helpful:

This post will help you to sort out the right reasons for a weight loss in 30 days. Make sure you read till the last word. Good luck.

1. Set realistic goals: Set achievable and realistic weight loss goals. Aim for gradual and sustainable weight loss rather than quick fixes.

2. Create a calorie deficit: To lose weight, you need to consume fewer calories than you burn. Track your daily calorie intake and ensure you're in a calorie deficit.

3. Eat a balanced diet: Include a variety of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats in your diet. Avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive snacking.

4. Control portion sizes: Be mindful of your portion sizes to avoid overeating. Use smaller plates and bowls to help control your portions visually.

5. Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger, so staying hydrated may help curb unnecessary snacking.

6. Regular exercise: Incorporate regular physical activity into your routine. Aim for a combination of cardio exercises (such as jogging or cycling) and strength training (using weights or resistance bands) to help burn calories and build muscle.

7. Get enough sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Lack of sleep can disrupt hunger hormones and increase cravings, making it harder to stick to your weight loss goals.

8. Manage stress: Find healthy ways to manage stress as it can lead to emotional eating or overeating. Engage in activities like meditation, yoga, or hobbies that help you relax.

9. Keep a food journal: Track your food intake and emotions associated with eating in a journal. It can help you identify patterns, triggers, or mindless eating habits.

10. Seek support: Join a weight loss group, find an accountability partner, or seek professional guidance. Having support can keep you motivated and provide valuable advice and encouragement.

Remember, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have any underlying health conditions. Thanks for reading and please don’t forget to share.

Stop Eating Corn If you Have Any These Three Diseases

Boiling or roasting corn, also known as maize, is a common way to prepare this well-known food crop. It offers many advantages, but it also has some drawbacks, such as the risk of overdose.

Corn is a popular food for people who suffer from diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.

1. Asthma

Consuming maize, which contains ingestible protein, is not recommended for those with asthma. Corn is a major cause of asthma in many people. It is possible to be allergic to maize, albeit it is rare. An allergic reaction to food can produce symptoms such as a runny nose, itching, and wheezing. Anaphylaxis, a potentially life-threatening response, can occur in those with a corn allergy. You can detect if a product has corn in it by looking at the ingredients, such as cornstarch or popcorn.

Reduce your consumption of maize if you suffer from any of the following conditions: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or cancer. Thank you so much for your kind words.

2. Indigestion

If consumed in excess, the high fiber content of maize can cause digestive troubles such as indigestion and stomach upsets.

If you smear butter (a well-known heartburn trigger) all over your corn, you’re almost asking for trouble. You can eat your corn without butter, whether it’s grilled, boiled, or any other way you choose to eat it.

3. Diabetes

Sugar levels in the blood rise quickly while eating corn because of the high carbohydrate content. Diabetic individuals are harmed by corn’s presence in their diets. In this case, diabetic patients should avoid or limit their intake of maize.

It’s vital to know how high-carbohydrate foods like maize might affect your blood sugar levels and how you manage your diabetes if you plan to consume them.

Following dietary rules and keeping note of what you eat can go a long way in helping those with diabetes manage their condition.

12 Hard Facts About Farting Even Some Doctors Don't Know.

Farting is usually considered to be the most shameful or humorous function of the body. Everyone farts but have we ever taken a moment to think about the science and history behind it?

12 Facts About Farting You Probably Didn’t Know.

1 Females tend to fart less than males.

2 First used in 1962, fart means the wind coming out of the anus. Pretty apt don’t you think?

3 A normal human being will fart over a dozen times every day.

4  And the air they produce can be used to blow up one balloon.

5 Don’t ever be embarrassed about a fart because it is actually an indication of good health. If your digestive system is working as it should, you will fart.

6 The main component of a fart is hydrogen sulfide which helps decrease any damage to the mitochondria. This means that taking in the smell is actually good for you.

7 While women don’t fart as much as men, their farts tend to smell more because they have greater levels of hydrogen sulfide. This makes the air they produce better for your health as well.

8 Your farts are much faster than you because they travel 10ft/sec.

9 The tighter your sphincter, the more sound your farts will make because they can’t get out easily.

10 If you chew a lot of gum and drink aerated drinks, it will increase the frequency of your farts.

11 Most of our daily farts happen when we are asleep.

12 Termites may be small in size but they fart more than any other creature. Camels come a close second, followed by zebras and cattle.

About 87,9% of men who don't fart when urinating are infertile.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. At least you feel better if you do what nature intended.

After all, it’s healthy for you.

Here Is What Biya Is Promising Covid19 Embezzlers

Covid19 funds
Cameroonians have been benefiting from the Covid19 funds both from international bodies and her government since the outburst of the Chinese virus in late 2019. To cry out loud, a few officials have mess up with the funds, that's why the head of state is about to carryout investigates.

The Cameroonian government is expected to commence an investigation into the alleged disappearance of the country’s coronavirus relief fund.

According to local media reports from Cameroon monitored by DGN Online, about $335 million of Cameroon’s coronavirus relief fund has gone missing.

Reports say some seven government ministers have so far been called to answer questions before an auditing panel over the matter.

Accordingly, the funds that had been allocated to ministries went missing along with the personal protective equipment donated to Cameroon by the Chinese mega-investor Jack Ma to curb the spread of the coronavirus.

As a result, President Paul Biya, ordered the investigation.

But reports say some Cameroonians are doubtful that the investigation will lead to any meaningful outcome.

Here Are The Most Important Reasons Why You Need Honey In Your System And Where To Buy It In Cameroon

Today you will be surprised with the most important reasons why you should consume honey for a health-wise objective.

Honey is a natural sweet and viscous liquid deposited in the beehive or tree trunk by the worker bee. It has a variety of colours such as limpid white, cream white, brown, and black, determined by the flora and season.

Its thickness/viscosity depends on the amount of dissolved water in the honey. The higher the water content, the lower the viscosity and thus less thick and the lower the water content, the higher the viscosity thus more thick

Honey is one of the natural products that owe its consumption from ancient times to present. This is because apart from its direct consumption that is its nutritional value where it is eaten directly as food or used to prepare foodstuffs, it possesses many powerful medicinal values conferred to it by the flora.

For instance, honey is very effective in curing burns, it increases fertility, boost sexual anxiety, reduces aging, used as a substitute for natural sugar to regulate blood sugar level and many others. That’s why in some instances in the Bible, some people are advised to eat much honey.

Due to its medicinal value, it is also used in the cosmetic sector in the manufacture of body soaps and lotions which are used to treat the skin.

In the Holy Scriptures Jesus Christ says it is not what enters the body that defiles it but what goes out of the body which refers to a spiritual connation but physical speaking what enters the body defiles it. This means consuming good quality honey is essential to our physical health.

But, nowadays, there is much poor quality honey and sometimes artificial in the market due to fraud, inadequate training, weak policies, poor or know quality control and lack of proper stakeholder intervention in the sector.

This has resulted in skepticism from consumers despite the availability of good quality honey because they cannot distinguish the bad from the good one. It is in the midst of this glaring problem that Adansoni BeeTechnology has come up to solve this problem.

Adansoni BeeTechnology is a group of commercial beekeepers flagged all over Cameroon. They produce honey solely for sale, making them competent in the production of good quality honey.

So to help address the quality of honey, they train people in modern beekeeping and educate the public about the qualities of good honey and how to identify it. Visit their  Facebook Page here , buy and also  receive education about qualities of good and identification, and medicinal values. Adansoni is online and everywhere in Cameroon.

Just give your orders in the aforementioned link or call (+237) 678304739 for delivery at your doorstep.

How To Make Money In Cameroon As A Teacher During This COVID19 Pandemic

Empty classrooms in Cameroon as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

I will explain a few ways on how to make money as a teacher during this coronavirus pandemic in Cameroon and elsewhere in the world. The coronavirus is a deadly disease with origin from wuhan, China. This pandemic has closed many day to day activities including the education sector which is the most important in the world.

In must countries, the education sector is dominated by private schools especially in Cameroon and teachers may not be paid if they don't teach. Schools have been closed and the government doesn't accept 50+ person for any reasons.

Here are some of the methods you can use to make money as a teacher during this coronavirus period. This can only be done online if not, there is high probability of continuous virus spread.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The social media is the number one used means of communication in the world. The most used are YouTube, Facebook, whatsApp, Instagram, Tweeter e.t.c. Teachers from Cameroon can use these platforms to make publicity of the lessons they can teach online especially YouTube, Facebook and WhatsApp.

Once you have contacted parents of students, schedule a particular time for your lesson and propose a registration fee, you are ready to start your first lesson. One advantage of Facebook is that you can go live and your students can actually feel your presence. With WhatsApp, the interface is easy to use than facebook, WhatsApp is more preferable because you can record short video type, record voice and drop links.

As you take your lessons to a particular dimension, I recommend you start thinking of creating a YouTube channel. This will help as a referral for your students and subscribers. With a few months with videos of good content, subscribers will link their kids and your online classroom will keep increasing.

As your class size increases, go for Google or Facebook adverts to get more students who are not aware of your lesson. You should also start thinking of blogging most of your lessons after each class. Create good content and share them on social platforms too. It will drag people's attention too.

Thanks for going through the piece. Please coronavirus is real, take all measures to avoid the contraction or spread. Stay home, avoid public gathering, touching of eyes, nostrils and mouth. Share the information with all teachers.

Please no part of this information should be reproduced without our concern.

Why Cameroon is Regarded as Not Serious Over this COVID19.

How to prevent the coronavirus.

The government of Cameroon is regarded by her  30million plus citizens as not being serious during this Covid19 pandemic.

During the outbreak of the coronavirus, many countries in Africa quickly closed their boarders at all fronts but Cameroon till today still allow a few flights to enter her territory reason for the increase number of daily covid19 Cases.

Cameroon is not or unable to stop this virus because she can't order a total lockdown even for 5 days to protect her citizens. A lockdown will prevent more than 5000 cases from contracting the virus before the 15th April, 2020.

After closing all schools from nursery to university, and ensuring a grouping of not more than 50, that was a good move by the government i.e an applaud but go to the markets across the national triangle, you will be surprised. Even hundreds of thousands bruise themselves fighting for buys and sells but the government doesn't have a say.

While the other governments in Africa have contributed hundreds of billions to fight the Pandemic, Biya's government made a communique of a billion frs to combat the virus and asking for funds donations from good-will Cameroonians.

This is the best moment for Cameroon to Carter for her citizens but it isn't the case. Most funds are spent during parliamentary, municipal and presidential elections but even common hand sanitizer where the government can buy and share to her citizens as the case of party material, yet they are not able to.

The author pleads with the government of Cameroon to even reinforce 3 days total lockdown let's see how possible it is to curb the spread of this coronavirus.

How To Prevent Coronavirus
  • Wash your hand regularly.
  • Maintain social distancing.
  • Stay at home.
  • Don't touch your nose, eye or mouth.
The government of Cameroon has also been appreciated for providing social housing for the covid19 treatment, cab readjustment from 5 to 3 person.

There is no cure for covid19 as of now. Remain blessed.

Shocking Method students Are Using To Consume Tramol In Cameroon Secondary Schools

Tramadol and Tramol consumption in Cameroon secondary and high schools
Today I am going to share this method students are currently using to consume Tramol and Tramadol in Cameroon secondary schools. More than 80 students a have been caught in Yaounde and Douala consuming Tramadol and Tramol in school corridors and class-rooms. Other statistics from other regions have not yet been confirmed.

Parents are fun of buying juice to their children to drink in school during break. Students as from Form three and above have taken bottled plastic juice as an advantage to drink Tramol and Tramol.

This is what they do;

They buy the juice from these guys called "tok-tok" and secret drug vendors around the quarters or beside schools. The vendors use syringes to inject the Tramol in the sweet drinks. Many schools are innocent of the act because they haven't notice it yet.

To catch them right handed, arrange a search on a fresh Monday. Collect all the juice and water bottles. Take note of all the students having these drinks. Turn the bottles up side down and press the bottle. If the drink contain Tramol, it will be sipping out just beside the neck of the bottle.

Most of the drug consumers always feel weak in school and can't study well. What if they give the drug to the female students, they will obviously fall asleep and what next rape. Apart from Tramol, more than 500 students are weed smokers especially in schools along rail lines in the Capital city of Yaounde.

The victims in to the smoking weed and Tramol, Tramadol consumption started because of school fee drive. Bad friends linked them to these drug lords who intend visit those bad zones with new friends and today drug consumption is taking a different shape. With students age 15 and above consuming drugs in class-rooms and in public corridors.

Fly4studiesCameroon is encouraging all the institutions both private and public to ban the use of sweet drinks in secondary and high schools in Cameroon.
